Every fifth Sunday at church we have food trucks. This Sunday, I had the pleasure of tasting fish tacos with French fries from Chef Mo & Family.
It was my first time having fish tacos. I usually have beef, and/or chicken tacos with refried beans.
My order came with two fish tacos with cabbage lettuce topped with Chef Mo Sauce. I upgraded my order to add the fries. Chef Mo’s Sauce was an experience in itself. It was good, kind of sweet, not too tangy, just right. It tasted
like a homemade down south tartar sauce.
If you are interested in trying Chef Mo & Family’s menu they are located right in the heart of central Virginia.
They have a food truck and are available for catering.
