Soft Girl Era

I am finally embracing my femininity and entering my soft girl era.  Soft girl era means starting to romanticize my life, being softer, not having to use my masculine traits as often, letting the man lead, provide, and protect me.

I have already stopped to smell the flowers. Over the weekend, I visited a beautiful garden with my mother, and we walked through the park. We took the time to breathe in the fresh air, followed by meaningful conversation.

Soft girl era means seeing the beauty in all things and embracing the good in everything; taking hot girl walks, long everything showers, smelling good, and taking care of the inner, as well as the outer appearance.  This includes reading my Bible daily, attending church services, and doing something to give back to my community.

It involves forming meaningful friendships, lasting bonds, and being with the right people (quality over quantity).  Treating others with kindness is of the upmost priority.  Being kind and forgiving those who have wronged one.  Forgiveness is for you.  You can forgive someone, and still love them at a distance.

Spending time with my family, keeping the family dinners going, giving gifts and tiny little thank you notes to show my gratitude and appreciation for others.

Helping my inner circle when they need me is definitely part of my soft girl era.  Some of the ways I will be showing acts of kindness are giving my girlfriends little love baskets and lending a listening ear when they need it.

Painting and decorating with friends and family,  and visiting new places with my church family and friends are all things I am embracing in my soft girl era.
